Behavioural change is necessary to fight crime

Gun Free South Africa says South Africans need to change their behaviour if the crime is to decrease in the country.

The organization says many of the murders committed in the country resulted from interpersonal conflicts and this shows that people do not handle conflicts well but resort to being violent.

Adele Kirsten of Gun Free South Africa says parents must make sure that children are taught conflict resolution skills from a very young age.
