Johnson woes voters with party manifesto

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson launched his Conservative Party’s manifesto for next month’s swift election in which he pledges to finalize Britain’s exit from the European Union.
Johnson hopes to get a majority in the December 12 election after the previous Parliament refused to approve its Brexit deal within three days.
In his manifesto, he also undertakes to appoint, among other things, 50,000 additional nurses and 20,000 police officers.
